We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for events during peak seasons. However, we are sometimes able to accommodate last-minute requests—feel free to check with us.

Yes, we offer flexible packages for different budgets and needs. Custom packages are also available to tailor our services specifically to your vision.

Typically, we deliver photos within 1-2 weeks and videos within 2-4 weeks. If you need faster delivery, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We provide professionally edited photos and videos as our standard. Raw files can be made available upon request

We always have contingency plans. For outdoor shoots, we can reschedule or adjust the location if necessary to ensure the best results.

To secure your booking, we require a signed agreement and a deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before the shoot date.

Before the shoot, ensure your venue or location is ready, and let us know any specific shots or moments you’d like captured. For individuals, wear comfortable, coordinated clothing that aligns with your desired theme.
