From Family Inspiration to Bold Creations
Bold Ant Productions is the creative vision of Anton Boldak, whose name inspired the company’s title. With a lifetime of artistic passion and technical expertise, I bring every project to life with creativity and care. My journey into the world of videography and photography started with the influence of my parents, both of whom fostered my appreciation for art and beauty from a very young age.
My mum, an artist, painter, and vocational school teacher specializing in woodcutting, was my first mentor. She noticed my keen eye for detail and my innate sense of aesthetics. Together, we spent countless hours exploring art books from different centuries. She taught me about composition, colors, styles, perspectives, and the nuances that transform a picture into a masterpiece.
My dad introduced me to the magic of photography through his ZENIT film camera. We practiced setting up shots manually, adjusting every setting with care, and shared the excitement of watching our images come to life in the red room as we developed film onto paper. These moments were more than lessons—they were the foundation of my love for visual storytelling.
As I grew older, I bought my first digital camera, and what began as a hobby soon turned into a fulfilling career. My mum continued to be my greatest critic and supporter, spending hours with me reviewing my photos and discussing how they could be improved. Our shared passion fueled my growth as a photographer and later as a videographer, where I discovered the joy of bringing still images to life.
Since then, I have had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects, including:
- Documenting NGO initiatives that make a difference in the world.
- Capturing intimate family moments that people treasure forever.
- Creating stunning child videography that highlights unfiltered smiles and heartfelt emotions.
